# Pre Market

During the premarket phase, our primary goals are to build a strong community and establish a Total Value Locked (TVL) framework through fundraising and product development based on the TCN token. Throughout this stage, TCN’s price will be pegged at $0.0016 per token. The transition to the next phase will occur once the TCN market capitalization surpasses $4 million, with the exception of any annual token releases allocated for internal exchange requirements.

* Objective: Build initial liquidity and market presence.
* Supply: 2.5 billion TCN.
